GRAPHIC DESIGN PROCESS TERMS
- VALKO Graphics LLC will not accept responsibility for any order that has been misprinted if the client has “Approved” the proof. It is critical that the client carefully check the proof for accuracy in layout, color, composition, spelling, usable QR Code, etc. If you are requesting to reprint your order after approval, there is a fee associated with this reprint. All sales after approval has been received are final.
- All proofs will be automatically "Approved" after 48hrs of non-contact. If the proof has been emailed or texted but no response or attempt to respond to the proof is made then this will be accepted as approval.
- Clients are allowed up to 2 Revisions during the graphic design portion of their order, if needed. A Single Revision is defined as a list of changes to the layout, color, composition, spelling, etc. After the 2 Revisions, there may be a fee associated with additional revisions needed at the discretion of VALKO Graphics LLC.
- Customer Provided Artwork/Designs are not proof read for any errors in layout, color, composition, spelling, usable QR Code, etc. prior to print. Requests to reprint due to errors in the layout, color, composition, spelling, usable QR Code, print quality, etc. will be charged at the same rate originally charged for the item(s) being reprinted.
PAYMENT & REFUND TERMS
- We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, & DISCOVER CARDS. In addition we also accept other forms of payment including Check, Cash, and Money Order. Please note that any orders paid for via check will not proceed to production until the check is approved and the money transferred to VALKO Graphics LLC.
- All orders require 100% payment of the invoice related to the order before any work or production can begin. Orders valued at $700+ have the option of paying 60% upfront & 40% due upon delivery or before install of requested products or services.
- All Sales are Final. Any refunds are solely at the discretion of VALKO Graphics LLC.
WARRANTY
VALKO Graphics LLC offers a 30 day warranty on products that require installation (Window Perforation, Adhesive Vinyl, etc.) This warranty covers damages to the purchased product due to manufacturer defects and improper installation. To warranty a purchased item or if you have questions in regards to this warranty, contact us via email at info@valkographics.com
- VALKO Graphics LLC will not replace, warranty, or repair purchases that have been damaged, mismanaged, misused, or not properly maintained by the client. It is the clients sole responsibility to properly care and maintenance their purchase.
- VALKO Graphics LLC is not responsible for any damages to personal or commercial property as a result of using purchased items such as Window Perforation, Vehicle Magnets, Adhesive Vinyl, etc. It is the clients responsibility to understand the risks associated with using or installing purchased products. Care instructions will be provided to the Client if the purchased product has the risk of damaging any property. Normally, these damages occur due to being mismanaged, misused, or not properly maintained.
DESIGN OWNERSHIP TERMS
VALKO Graphics LLC reserves all rights to any designs, logos, and/or proofs created by VALKO Graphics LLC unless the client has paid for the digital files related to their logo, designs, and/or proofs. All rights are transferred to the client once the invoice specifying the release of such rights is paid.
Full or Partial Payment of an Invoice related to the requested/purchased products and/or services is an Acceptance to these Policies and Terms.
